Generally, two wire packages are placed per spindle, one of which is in use and the other is reserved. At the same time, a wire guide tube is also arranged on the wire frame, so that the wire rods are respectively guided to the feeding roller.

The feeding roller has two types of apron and leather rollers. In the apron type, the contact surface of the apron and the driving roller is large, which can reduce the wear of the driving roller bearing, and a slow reciprocating wire shifter is arranged at the entrance of the upper, middle and lower feeding devices. The roller-type feed roller is wear-resistant, but the grip is insufficient, and it can be compensated by a few turns on the roller.
Each spindle has a so-called head rod. When the head is produced, the head rod is pulled down, and the yarn is wound around the top guide of the head rod. After the reset, the thread is automatically introduced into the groove of the hot box heating plate.
The snoring device is installed on the top of the stalk rod, and its function is to prevent the thread tweeth from being transmitted outward from the hot box, and at the same time reduce the twisting tension, thereby ensuring the flexibility and strength performance of the DTY.
The first heater is generally a curved hot plate with a groove, and the high-speed walking tow passes through the groove. In order to avoid and reduce the abrasion of the surface of the hot plate and the chemical corrosion of the oil, the surface of the groove is chrome-plated or Spray ceramic, the surface of the groove has a fairly smooth surface to avoid damage to the thread. The geometry of the groove is related to the stability of the thread in the groove when the wire is running at a high speed. If the contact surface between the groove and the wire is relatively flat, the wire is easy to slide to both sides when the wire is traveling at a high speed, so that the wire is unevenly heated, and the elastic wire is elastic. The quality of the groove is reduced, so the groove shape is generally designed to be V-shaped.
In actual production, we must always check the wire path of the hot box and clean it every 2-3 months. Because the temperature of a hot box directly affects the curling and bulkiness of the wire. In turn, it affects the dyeing performance. Therefore, the more the silk in the production is deviated from the hot box thread, the worse the deformed yarn and the lower the dyeing level. If most or all of the wire runs out, the finished wire will become stiff.
The temperature of the thread after passing through the first hot box is relatively high. In order to make the yarn have sufficient rigidity to allow the twisting process to proceed normally, the yarn must be cooled to 80 ° C through the cooling plate. The length of the cooling plate is generally about 1.5M.
The false twister is divided into two types: stacking disc and apron. The stacking disc false twister consists of three sets of friction discs (drive wheel, auxiliary wheel, compacting wheel) of the same speed, which are directly driven by the high-speed rotating friction surface. The tow is crowned. The apron false twister consists of a pair of aprons that maintain a stable contact, and the apron is applied by the movement of the apron. The function of the false twister is to generate mechanical torsional stress for deformation processing. It is the core of the texturing machine.

The second hot box is usually a non-contact heating tube, and the filament is heated by the heat radiation of the tube wall. The filament is swayed in the heat tube due to the influence of air flow, static electricity and tension, so the tow is sometimes in contact with the tube wall, so Also known as the semi-contact heating form. A stainless steel tube having a good inner wall finish with a heat pipe diameter of 3-4 CM is usually used. There are two forms of heat and electric heating.
The temperature of the second hot box is increased, and the crimp ratio (elasticity) of the finished fiber is lowered. The boiling water shrinkage rate is lowered, the dimensional stability is improved, and the residual torque of the wire is reduced.
The holding requirements for the rolls are relatively high, but lower than the requirements of W2 and W1. Its role is to form OF2 (ie, stereotyped super-feeding) to relatively loose state setting, eliminate most of the internal stress in deformation, make the bulkiness moderate, moderate elasticity, normal boiling water, good dimensional stability.
The role of the oil tanker is mainly to add a suitable oil agent to the low-elastic yarn. The function of the oil tanker is to improve the bundleability of the fiber, increase the smoothness of the fiber, improve the antistatic property of the fiber, and adapt to the requirements of the subsequent weaving.
检丝器、剪丝器（Detector, wire cutter）
The yarn detector in the texturing machine is also called a broken wire detector or a sensor, and is automatically matched with a wire cutter (also called a wire cutter). When the wire is broken during operation, the wire detector is used. Perceive, then trigger the wire cutter action with an electric signal, and cut the wire of the broken wire position before feeding the roller to prevent the wire from being wound around the roller.
The function of the wire feeder of the texturing machine is to help raise the head, drop the drum and peel the wire.
